Cambri appoints Ben Harknett as new CEO

February 1st 2023 – Today Cambri announced the appointment of Ben Harknett as its new Chief Executive Officer, following an extensive search. Ben replaces Dr Heli Holttinen who has moved to Chief Product Officer to fully focus her efforts on the company’s product development.  

For the Board and Founders, Ben was a strong candidate from the onset. “At Cambri we are thrilled to have Ben on board, and we all look forward to the next growth phase of our company,” said investor and business executive René Kromhof. 

Ben brings a wealth of go-to-market experience having successfully scaled several SaaS companies through to acquisition, most notably Wildfire’s acquisition by Google and RiskIQ’s acquisition by Microsoft. “It’s an honour to be approached to chair a thriving startup like Cambri,” Ben said. “Based on the strong foundations that exist within the company today, I expect Cambri will be a unicorn in the next 5 years.” 

Cambri has spent the past 4 years developing a market leading product that empowers product teams to innovate in a test-and-learn manner. "I've been really impressed by how Heli and the team think about the vision for the product and how we intend to disrupt the market,” Ben added. “The focus now will be building a world-class go-to-market team that can scale Cambri internationally.”
